Leave us alone, we're tired.

There isn't a day that goes by where Jews aren't thrown into the centre of some twisted debate about political issues. There isn't a day where our lives aren't up for a sinister debate. People continuously believe they can play God with Jewish existence, and whether we should exist?

Good Jews, bad Jews, those Jews, lying Jews, controlling Jews. Have you heard about Soros, what about Rothschild? The Jews, the Jews, the Jews.

Shut up, and for the first time in history, leave us alone.

The constant anti-Semitism the Jewish community has to face is obsessive. No, we're not all wealthy, no we aren't all money-hungry, no we aren't compulsive liars. No, we don't want world control. No, we don't have world control. Take your tin hat conspiracy bullshit, scrunch it up and slam dunk it as if this is your NBA All-Star dunk contest debut appearance.

"But I'm not anti-semitic, I'm just anti-zionist." Are you against Jewish self-determination and a need for a Jewish nation? Do we always have to live as a diaspora, and only as a diaspora? Are we only acceptable when cornered into Ghettos or living in constant fear of persecution with nowhere to escape? I wish these weren't real questions and that they had an element of satire to them.

Zionism, historically, is the belief that Jews have a right to self-determination and a homeland. Nothing about the destruction of Palestinians, Lebanese, Jordanians, Arabs worldwide, Catholicism, Islam or the Labour Party under Jeremy Corbyn.

"But those Jews over there said Israel and Zionism are bad, so you must be bad Jews for supporting it!" Again, shut up. Jews, even if we're small in number, don't have to have one unanimous opinion. We're allowed different beliefs, politics and to support rival football teams.

Questioning Israeli politics, Israeli foreign affairs or various other complaints about Israeli action is not anti-Semitic. You'll struggle to find many who would disagree. To oppose any land for the Jewish people is where lines begin to get crossed.

In the last two days, we've once again been reminded why there is a need for a Jewish homeland. Countless hate-filled posts spewing from 41 year old, washed up grime artist, Richard Cowie's (or 'Wiley' as you may know him) Twitter and Instagram accounts. I can't be bothered to regurgitate the tired tropes Richard dragged out for half a million followers to see, it's all still up and alive for the world to witness, and apparently for a number to agree with.

He's had a lovely amount of support. Comments like "Hitler did have a point though" and "Speak the truth about them". Nice, thanks.

A beautiful array of gaslighting comments, vile old school anti-Semitism and the reminder that for some horrifying reason, Jews can never just live in peace. There are always people out there with a taste for genocide based on propaganda, a lack of knowledge, education and a heart filled with hate.

Whilst you're rightly standing up against racism and discrimination, don't forget about us like we refuse to forget about you.
